Roe V Wade, at present precludes me from even attempting to change things since the opinion and implementation about 1971. The supreme court decides based on the highest law in the land, (the constitution), yes some states have attempted to lock horns, but to little avail. | |||

| Trimming down the fat naturally is the place to start. In the event we streamline and thoroughly dispose of overlap and inefficient, unnecessary, or even negative results in any department, bureau, or agency, cut back. We need fewer laws and not more. We need to weed our garden, provide it with new and different nutrients and eliminate snags and dead branches. I would prefer to hit each of the four above equally, (proportionately), if absolutely necessary. I think we all could live with fur-lows if need be. What do people think of a luxury tax? | |||
| Prisons are out of hand and one of the largest expenditures unnecessarily bridling the U.S. is the extraordinary number of prisoners requiring an extraordinary number of guards with neither really being in a position to make a productive contribution to the the society, let alone the tax base. Expenditures on worn out and unjust laws are ludicrous. | |||
